BC Series Flex-Hone are manufactured by Brush Research (BRM). The BC Series Flex-Hone tool is designed for use on any type or size of valve guide
from 4mm up to 3/8" in diameter. This guide hone is designed for surface 昀椀nishing and cross hole deburring. Although Ball Hones have many uses, KPMI®
o昀昀ers them primarily to be used after a guide has been reamed. Using a Ball Hone after reaming creates a uniform surface free of irregularitys, which
improves surface contact and reduces the risk of galling or seizure. Please see our FAQ for recommended clearances.
H.T. BILLET STEEL 12PT NUTS
These nuts are manufactured from a high strength premium steel that promotes excellent surface 昀椀nish and tight tolerances, two critical factors for
achieving correct 昀椀t and torque. After machining, the nuts are heat treated to a speci昀椀c depth. This creates hard, wear resistant working surfaces,
while retaining a ductile core to prevent cracking under load. The premium black oxide treatment gives an excellent, corrosion resistant appearance.
