Cylinder Head Nuts
These nuts are manufactured from a high strength premium steel that promotes excellent surface 昀椀nish and tight tolerances, two critical factors for achieving
correct 昀椀t and torque. After machining, the nuts are heat treated to a speci昀椀c depth. This creates hard, wear resistant working surfaces, while retaining a ductile
core to prevent cracking under load. The premium black oxide treatment gives an excellent, corrosion resistant appearance.

Our Turbo spring kits have been designed for applications with up to 15psi of boost.
• These spring kits are compatible with the OEM tappet lash adjustment system and the KPMI® shim conversion tappets.
• KPMI® performance valve spring kits are modeled using cam pro昀椀le and simulation softwares. By utilizing FEA software, it was possible to take advantage
of the increased strength and wear resistance of a heat treated steel retainer, while reducing its mass to within grams of a comparable titanium retainer. With
two di昀昀erent spring pressure option kits to choose from, these are the ultimate setup for any Polaris RZR/Ranger tuner.
• The seals included in these kits are intended for use with OEM guides. Please use KPMI® P/N 71016-8 when installing KPMI® guides. Some early 2013
models came from the OEM with guides that included a seal detail. These guides require the use of KPMI® sealP/N 71015-8.
